MicroLoad 300 series weighing systems for loaders are an investment in productivity.
When it comes to loading trucks road-ready and avoiding the need for vehicles
to dump off at the legal truck scale, there is no equal. MicroLoad weighs
accurately with the loader on the move, and integrates with the machine's
controls to provide safe, accurate, fast, easy weighing during the loading
cycle.
In truck loading application, the flexibility of MicroLoad allows the operator
to select the options most suitable for the job, such as unit of measure,
product, calibration and engine RPM. The target mode allows fast, automatic
count-down to zero as loading progresses. Just enter the desired target
amount on the keypad and load! The rest is automatic. Each bucket
load is automatically
weighed, and as it is delivered to the truck is automatically deducted
from the desired target weight. On the last bucket, simply dump
off and watch
the load weight decrease until the desired load is reached. With the optional
printer, MicroLoad can even automatically print a triple copy truck load
ticket.
In materials re-handling, the count-up mode enables MicroLoad to keep an
automatic on screen running total of large loads that are delivered to crushing
plants, screening plants or while mixing products. The long totals memory
can track total production of each plant separately.
